Exchanges and Returns


Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please contact us if you need to arrange a return. Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted. We will notify you via email confirming the arrangements.

Our returns/exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange once this period has expired.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued unless goods are faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. 

Depending on where you live the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
